Question 1

How is this different from spreadsheets?

Accepted Answer

Spreadsheets are static and get forgotten. Alignify keeps goals visible, collects updates automatically, and gives you a dashboard. It's simple enough that people actually use it.

Question 2

How long does setup take?

Accepted Answer

Most teams are running in under 15 minutes. Add goals, invite team, done. Teams typically report feeling aligned within their first week.

Question 3

Will my team actually use this?

Accepted Answer

Check-ins take 60 seconds. No training curve. Teams stick with it because it's genuinely simple.

Question 4

How do 60-second updates work for complex projects?

Accepted Answer

The magic is in structured prompts. Instead of open-ended updates, team members answer: What did you accomplish? What's next? Any blockers? This format captures essential context without lengthy status reports—even for engineering sprints or creative campaigns.

Question 5

What's in it for employees, not just leaders?

Accepted Answer

Employees get clarity on what actually matters (no more guessing), visibility for their accomplishments (no more invisible work), fewer status meetings eating their time, and growth plans that show investment in their development. Leaders see more—employees do less busywork.

Question 6

Do you integrate with other tools?

Accepted Answer

We're actively building integrations with Slack, Microsoft Teams, and calendar apps to bring updates where your team already works. Our focus is keeping things simple first, then connecting to your workflow.

Question 7

Can we try before committing?

Accepted Answer

Alignify is month-to-month with no contract — start for $99/month or save with $999/year. Cancel anytime from your billing settings.

Question 8

What size teams does this work for?

Accepted Answer

Teams of 3 to 100+. The interface scales with your organization.

Question 9

What if we need help?

Accepted Answer

All plans include email support, docs, and video tutorials. We offer live onboarding for teams that want it.
