Why we built Alignify for churches
Hi, I'm Michael. Before I built software, I spent twenty years in ministry: planting, pastoring, and leading staff teams. The last decade I've spent building tools for church leaders.
I've watched too many gifted pastors get crushed under the weight of leading a staff team without the right rhythms. Vision is rarely the problem. Activity is rarely the problem. The middle, the goals, the weekly check-ins, the simple way to see who's on track, that's where most teams break down.
So we built Alignify with churches, not for them. Months in private beta with a small group of church teams who told us what to build, what to cut, and what to rebuild.
